Accessibility

Neighborhood

Quiet, residential mountain neighborhood surrounded by pine forest with quick access to Lake Arrowhead Village, lake recreation, hiking trails and seasonal events. The vibe is small-mountain-community: outdoors-focused, tourist-friendly and quieter on weekdays. Expect visitor traffic during weekends, holidays and winter/summer recreation seasons.

Guest Access

Find us

Driving is the most practical way to get around — short local drives to the Village, marinas and trailheads. Streets are hilly and curvy; 4WD or chains may be required in winter. Rideshare and taxis have limited availability up the mountain; many guests pre-arrange pickups or use local shuttle services. Mountain Area Regional Transit Authority (Mountain Transit / MARTA) offers limited off-the-mountain service to San Bernardino and nearby towns; local fixed-route service is limited. Walking is possible for nearby destinations but not practical for longer trips due to elevation and road layout.
